Leading golf apparel brand Galvin Green is setting the standard for eco-conscious clothing with its latest Sustainability Review, titled "Every Action Counts."

This comprehensive report outlines the company's progress towards responsible sourcing, long-lasting product design, and a commitment to minimising environmental impact.

Over 80% Sustainable Fabrics

The review highlights Galvin Green's dedication to using sustainable materials. More than 80% of garments in their recent collections are crafted from fabrics that meet rigorous standards. These materials are either sample-tested for performance or certified by independent bodies like bluesign® and Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

CEO Nicholai says, "As this review illustrates, Galvin Green is leading the way when it comes to sustainable golf apparel. I’m especially proud of our continued commitment to making long-lasting garments because our priority is to craft world-class products that are functional, look good and stand the test of time. The future looks bright for Galvin Green as we lead the drive towards recyclable golf clothing."

Sustainability Across the Board

"Every Action Counts" goes beyond materials. The 43-page report details Galvin Green's commitment to responsible practices throughout its entire operation. The review dives into six key categories: company, sourcing, products, technology, relationships, and the future.

Stringent Sourcing Process

Product Manager Sofia Ask-Klason explains, "We favour sample-tested materials or globally recognised certifications as they typically offer superior quality in addition to meeting sustainability standards. Where possible, we opt for suppliers and manufacturers in Europe, as the transport distances are much shorter and the carbon footprint smaller."

Performance Meets Sustainability

Galvin Green's devotion to sustainability does not compromise performance. Their renowned DRYVR rainwear collection displays this perfectly. The brand collaborates with leading fabric manufacturers to ensure top-notch waterproofness and breathability while remaining vigilant about the use of harmful chemicals.

Tour Players Give the Green Light

Professional golfers recognise the quality and sustainability benefits of Galvin Green apparel.

Two-time DP World Tour winner Jordan Smith, says, "The waterproofs are easily the best on the market due to their high quality and could literally last a lifetime. For any golfer wanting the best products for all conditions, Galvin Green has it all covered."

Galvin Green is showing that sustainability and performance can go hand-in-hand. Their commitment to responsible practices paves the way for a greener future in the world of golf apparel.
