ServiceNow's 2022 Global Impact Report ties executive pay to environmental and diversity goals

ServiceNow, the premier digital workflow firm, released its second annual Global Impact Report. The 2022 report explains how ServiceNow has increased its environmental, social, and governance (ESG) development yearoveryear and discusses future aspirations.

said ServiceNow CFO Gina Mastantuono.

The 2022 Global Impact Report offers year-end highlights. ServiceNow: Launched ESG Command Center, including ESG Management, to help customers accomplish ESG targets. Science Based Aims programme approved ServiceNow's near-term science-based targets and 100% renewable electricity (SBTi), Net-zero by 2030, Executive pay tied to diversity, environment goals Developed a "People Pact" to match the company's people strategy with its business plan.
Pay equity progressed Progress in three categories: Black, Hispanic, and female leaders (directors and above), ServiceNow's $100 million Racial Equity Fund was allocated in 10 US regions and more than $10 million was donated to communities (grants & corporate match and rewards) 3x employee volunteerism Developed an EU-based solution for customers who want EU-hosted data managed in the EU.
