Enbridge Announces Changes in Executive Leadership

Bill Yardley, Executive Vice President and President of Gas Transmission and Midstream, has announced his intention to retire on May 31, 2022.

President and CEO Al Monaco stated

"Bill has led an outstanding gas transmission company, significantly expanded our franchises, and successfully implemented our LNG gas pipeline export strategy. Moreover, he has advanced our mission to bring the gas industry to the forefront of safety, dependability, and customer service. It has been an honor to work alongside Bill; we have admired his principled leadership, collaborative style, and commitment to Enbridge and his team."

Cynthia Hansen, Executive Vice President and President of Gas Distribution and Storage, has been named Executive Vice President and President of Gas Transmission and Midstream, effective March 1, 2022, to succeed Mr. Yardley. Ms. Hansen has extensive experience in the natural gas industry and a long track record of success at Enbridge.

Ms. Hansen's leadership has resulted in tremendous rate base growth, the consolidation of our two Ontario utility franchises, and the advancement of our low-carbon energy strategies. Mr. Yardley will assist with the transition until he retires. Ms. Hansen is relocating from Toronto to Houston.

Michele Harradence, Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, Gas Transmission and Midstream, has been named Senior Vice President and President, Gas Distribution and Storage, effective March 1, 2022, to succeed Ms. Hansen. Ms. Harradence has over 25 years of engineering, legal, and business experience spanning the entire energy value chain. She will relocate from Houston to Toronto and report directly to the President and CEO.

Vern Yu, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has been named Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer, effective March 1, 2022. Mr. Yu lives in Calgary.
