Enbridge Inc. has announced the election of new directors

On May 4, 2022, Enbridge held its annual shareholders meeting. Jason B. Few and Steven W. Williams have joined Enbridge's Board of Directors. All 12 directors nominated will be elected by ballot.

Enbridge Inc. held its Annual Shareholders Meeting today. During the meeting's regular business proceedings, shareholders approved the election of all 12 nominated directors proposed by management, as listed in the Management Information Circular dated March 2, 2022, via ballot.

Enbridge welcomes Jason B. Few and Steven W. Williams to the Board of Directors. Mr. Few has over 30 years of experience in the energy and energy transition industries as a business leader, entrepreneur, and technology leader. He currently serves as President and CEO of FuelCell Energy, Inc. Mr. Williams has over 40 years of international energy industry experience, including serving as President and CEO of Suncor Energy Inc. from 2012 to 2019 and in various roles at Imperial Oil/Exxon for 18 years.
