Due to supply chain issues, Thermo Fisher Scientific halted non-critical operations in Russia and Belarus. The company donates $2 million to Ukraine's relief. Ukraine's service delivery has been affected and will resume when it's safe.

At Thermo Fisher Scientific, our top priority is the health and safety of our colleagues, and we continue to monitor their circumstances and provide targeted support for urgent needs. Consistent with our Mission, the company, through direct donation and matching gifts, and our colleagues are donating more than $2 million towards relief efforts for Ukraine through organizations that include the International Committee for the Red Cross, International Rescue Committee and Save the Children.

In early March 2022, we announced a pause in non-critical healthcare sales and marketing operations due to supply chain disruption in Russia and Belarus. As the market conditions and supply challenges have continued to deteriorate over the past few months, we have made the decision to cease sales and manufacturing operations in Russia and Belarus moving forward. Our service delivery in Ukraine has been impacted and will ramp up once safe to do so.

We are committed to supporting colleagues who may be impacted by this decision. We will also monitor the ongoing situation and adjust accordingly.
