First Republic Bank names Neal Holland CFO and Olga Tsokova DFO

Neal Holland has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at First Republic Bank, a renowned private bank and wealth management firm. Olga Tsokova has been named Deputy Chief Financial Officer with effect from November 2, 2022. In addition to her new roles as Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, Tsokova will continue to hold these positions.

Olga Tsokova has been named Deputy Chief Financial Officer with effect from November 2, 2022. First Republic Bank is a renowned private bank and wealth management firm. Holland comes from MUFG Union Bank, where he has held positions of increasing responsibility for the past 14 years. Olga Tsokova is a graduate of the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. She previously worked for City National Bank for over ten years. First Republic offers a full range of products, including residential, commercial, and personal loans, deposit services, and private wealth management.

Holland comes from MUFG Union Bank, where for the past 14 years he has held positions of increasing responsibility. He is currently the CFO of Union Bank and MUFG Americas. He has more than 20 years of strategic and practical financial experience in executive management, accounting, financial planning and analysis, and regulatory affairs. Holland holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington in addition to certifications as a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst®.

Tsokova joined First Republic in 2015 as the organization's chief accounting officer, and she has been serving as acting CFO since January 2022. She previously worked for City National Bank for over ten years and Ernst & Young's financial services audit practice before that. Tsokova is a graduate of the General Management Program at Harvard Business School, holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the Moscow Finance Academy, and is a certified public accountant.

Olga did a fantastic job serving as our acting CFO, and we are pleased to name her to the position of Deputy CFO in addition to her duties as Chief Accounting Officer, according to Roffler. Olga is an important leader at First Republic, and her success in managing our accounting and finance departments has been essential to maintaining our attention on safety and soundness.
