Ageas gains “Top Employer“ certification

Being certified as a Top Employer showcases an organisation’s dedication to a better workplace illustrated through excellent HR policies and people practices.

A total of 84 companies in Belgium received the certification in 2022, including Ageas Corporate Centre, AG and AG Real Estate. Ageas UK was also recognised as a Top Employer.Ageas stood out in particular for its career opportunities, continuous learning & development, sustainability and strong employee empowerment (flat organisation with short reporting lines).

"Ageas is a company where individuals can make an impact by the things they do. We favour internal mobility, employee development and an entrepreneurial mindset. Sustainability is at the heart of our business and firmly embedded in how we work today and how we plan for the future. Within our corporate headquarters in Brussels we employ 22 different nationalities out of the 180 employees working there. Add to this the fact that we operate in 14 countries across Europe and Asia, and it is clear Ageas is a “Great place to Grow”. We live up to our values: Care, Dare, Deliver and Share." said Eddy Debrulle, Group HR Director.

Established over 30 years ago, the Top Employers Institute is an independent body that recognises excellence in HR practice. Over that time, it has certified over 1857 organisations in 123 countries/regions. These certified Top Employers positively impact the lives of over eight million employees globally.
