WSP's best-in-class expertise will be enhanced by CFA, which helps in addressing climate change through its capabilities and knowledge. CFA is a women-owned firm founded in 2015 that specialises in climate-aligned investments. The company provides different services to its clients, from managing climate risk, capturing climate investment opportunities and integrating climate considerations into investment approaches.

The services of the firm include the development of climate strategies that include portfolio, program, climate investment due diligence, working with donors and funders to help identify private capital for climate programs and funds, blended finance etc.

CFA will collaborate with WSP USA's Climate, Resilience and Sustainability (CRS) team. The company announced the launch of the CRS team at the beginning of last year, enhancing services within the firm, aiming to help clients solve challenges related to equitable climate mitigation, emergency management and infrastructure adaptation.
