Stan Little has been appointed as Prudential's chief marketing officer for the United States

Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU) announced today that Stan Little will join the company as chief marketing officer for U.S. Business on Tuesday, May 31, 2022. Little will be in charge of the company's U.S. Insurance and Retirement businesses' marketing strategy and execution, leveraging customer, brand, and digital capabilities to accelerate growth. "Stan is a seasoned global leader who relentlessly drives impact and outcomes in critical customer moments."

Prudential Financial's Chief Marketing Officer, Susan Somersille Johnson Little comes to Prudential after working for well-known technology and financial services companies such as SunTrust Bank, Lucent Technologies, Movius Interactive, and NCR Corporation. Little most recently served as the chief experience officer for United Way Worldwide, bringing his unique perspective to the nonprofit world.

Little will report to Prudential's chief marketing officer, Susan Somersille Johnson, and will be a member of Johnson's Prudential Marketing Senior Leadership Team. He will also be a member of the Senior Leadership Team for US Insurance & Retirement Businesses, which is led by Caroline Feeney, CEO of US Insurance & Retirement Businesses.

Johnson said.

"He is a strategic leader who will support the company's growth strategies by combining his unique sales and P&L background with creative thinking and a data-driven approach to marketing."

In his new role, Little will lead marketing's collaboration with sales to support the company's business distribution strategy in the United States, as well as drive campaigns and initiatives to help meet annual sales targets.

Feeney said.

"With his experience, I'm confident that he'll be able to help maximize our results and create connected customer experiences, which is a primary focus for us across our business."

Little earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with honors from Duke University, a master's degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University, and an MBA in marketing from the University of California, Berkeley. He also serves on the boards of Emory University, Florida Southern College, and Wellstar Health Systems North Fulton, all of which are concerned with education, equity, and wellness.
