ReCircled LLC has partnered with North American denim manufacturer Kaltex to bring entirely vertical and transparent circular denim to the Western Hemisphere.

In this partnership, ReCircled, which supports the transition of apparel and footwear brands to a sustainable, fully circular business model and provides the infrastructure for the circular economy, is in charge of running its Branded Take Back Programme and working with brands and retailers’ distribution centres to manage unsaleable goods.

The denim products will be sorted by brand and made ready for recycling by ReCircled. After being sorted, cleaned, and assessed, the denim will travel to Kaltex for recycling, closing the loop in a truly circular manner.

Scott Kuhlman, CEO of ReCircled, said, “From the beginning, we knew that collaboration was needed to build the systems that allow for recycling textiles at the highest level.”
