In accordance with a resolution that was taken at a meeting of the Board of Directors that was conducted today, Hitachi, Ltd. (TSE:6501) has today announced a change in the position of Executive Chairman & CEO.

Director, Representative Executive Officer, Executive Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer are the current titles held.
