They are aiming to raise this to at least 50 per cent by 2032 as part of their commitment to sustainability.

Swapneel Nagarkar, Senior Vice President and Business Head at Godrej Interio says, “Through our Beyond Sourcing programme, we are building a supply chain that supports our goal of offering greener choices to customers for a more sustainable future.” Look out for the 'Green Assured' logo on products, indicating 'GreenPro' certification.

With 94 per cent of local value addition in 2024, the company collaborates with suppliers, providing training on energy efficiency, water conservation, and other crucial topics.

They are dedicated to sustainability, with a 28 per cent reduction in carbon intensity, 41 per cent less energy use, and a 10 per cent drop in water use since 2011.
