NINT, a sustainable finance and ESG advisory services consultancy with a focus on financial institutions and corporations in Latin America, has been acquired by ERM, the largest pure play sustainability consultancy worldwide.

The acquisition of NINT by ERM will add a team of professionals with a unique blend of business, technical, sustainability, and financial skills to ERM’s portfolio, bolstering the firm's end-to-end solutions for investors, issuers, and stakeholders in Latin America.

NINT, a pioneer in the Latin American sustainable debt market, will contribute with their deep technical knowledge and delivery expertise in providing independent assessments of debt issuances, developing sustainable financing frameworks, and structuring debt instruments with sustainability benefits.

NINT’s team offers a wealth of knowledge and experience in this space, which will strengthen the value we can bring to our clients in Latin America and worldwide.
