Japanese crane specialists Denzai Holdings is a company that helps the green revolution happen because it knows how to move and set up wind farms. For the past 50 years, the company has recognised the importance of adding value to its primary business of heavy-lifting cranes by providing specialised solutions for each client's unique requirements.

A good example of this is Denzai’s recent work on an onshore wind power generation plant in Japan's Aomori prefecture, where the height of the site was too much for any crane. The company’s innovative solution was to raise the ground level of the site on an egg-shaped steel stand.

Denzai does more than just build wind farms. Its Data Care system is an all-in-one monitoring system for wind power. The device, developed in South Korea, gives data on temperature, vibration levels, and noise to ensure windmills are always operating at peak efficiency while minimising expenditures. Mr. Uemura explains: "If a manufacturing company builds a wind turbine and there is no wind, the project's profitability is nil." We can also use this data to prevent issues and prepare any potential parts for repairs."

The company has recently completed several mergers and acquisitions in both the U.S. and other countries to strengthen its position in places like Korea, Vietnam, Taiwan, and India. Denzai was the first Japanese business to build offshore wind farms in Taiwan, and it now has its sights set on more offshore installations in Vietnam.

Denzai Holdings hopes to continue this trend of growth through mergers and acquisitions as the world continues to move toward renewable energy. It does this by being open to new types of machinery and always looking for new fields to work in.
