Constantia Flexibles Purchases FFP Packaging Solutions
Constantia Flexibles inked a deal recently to purchase 100 per cent of FFP Packaging Solutions, a Northampton, UK-based leader in sustainable flexible packaging for consumer goods.
Pim Vervaat, CEO of Constantia Flexibles, states:

FFP Packaging Solutions is a well-known innovator in flexible plastic packaging. Since its inception in 1967, the company has been at the forefront of the sustainable, flexible packaging revolution. The recyclable laminates expert, offering flow wraps, lidding films, and pre-made pouches, already produces more than 80% of its sales in sustainable packaging.
