Cimpress Publishes First ESG Report
Cimpress plc has released its first Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) report, focused on fiscal year 2022.
The report says how Cimpress evaluates ESG risks and opportunities, as well as its actions and progress toward commitments in key areas like greenhouse gas emissions, responsible forestry, reducing and improving plastics, helping small and medium-sized businesses, team member engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion, worker safety, and risk management.

The report is in line with best practices and frameworks such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB).
In the coming years, Cimpress will align itself more with ESG reporting frameworks. It will also continue to work with its stakeholders, such as customers, team members, and investors, to better understand what they want, optimise processes and controls, and enhance the way it reports.
