Beltone Financial Holding, a rapidly growing investment bank, has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beltone Capital, has entered into a framework agreement with CRIF.

CRIF is a global company specialising in credit and business information systems, analytics, outsourcing, and advanced digital solutions for business development and open banking.

The collaboration will focus on areas such as ESG scoring, credit rating, data science, analytics, and business information. This strategic partnership is poised to extend its reach across Egypt and the broader MENA region.

Mr. Carlo Gherardi, Chairman and CEO of CRIF, expressed his enthusiasm about this collaboration, saying, "We are excited to join forces with Beltone Capital. This marks a significant milestone for us in strengthening CRIF's presence in the market. The partnership will leverage our global expertise in consumer finance and business information, and, through our Rating Agency and its knowledge of the SME sector, we aim to offer tailored support and value-added solutions that cater to the unique characteristics of the local market."
