Ardent Mills Publishes Third Annual Corporate Social Responsibility Report

Ardent Mills, a leading flour milling and ingredient company, announced the release of its Fiscal Year 2022 (FY22) Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report.
The report shows how far the company has come in changing how people are fed around the world. It also shows how the company is keeping commitments that are in line with the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations.
Dan Dye, CEO of Ardent Mills, said:
"Despite another year of challenges for our industry, we stayed committed to our people, customers, suppliers, consumers, communities, and the planet. By continuing to invest in our shared future, we are living out our mission to feed what's next every day."
The report details the company's objectives, strategies, and progress in three key areas: sustainability, people, and nutrition. Ardent Mills' programmes aim to protect the long-term viability of the food system, help employees and communities grow, and improve access to nutritional ingredient solutions on a local, national, and international scale.
Heather Dumas, chief people officer, Ardent Mills, said:
"At Ardent Mills, our values – trust, serving, simplicity, and safety – propel us to embrace opportunities for growth, innovation, and acceleration. Our CSR efforts are a critical part of this continued journey. We believe that impact is best realised when we work together – spanning our people, customers, industry peers, and beyond. It’s with this spirit of collaboration and entrepreneurship that we can further drive tangible impact.”
