Allstate Announces Vice Chair Don Civgin's Retirement and a Change in Senior Leadership

Allstate's Vice Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Protection Products and Services, Don Civgin, will retire on May 1 after a stellar 13-year run with the company. Allstate was able to realize its mission of providing security for its customers thanks to Don's foresight, business savvy, and focus on people.

Don Civgin, Vice Chair and CEO, Protection Products and Services at Allstate, has announced his intention to retire on May 1 after a distinguished 13-year career with the company. Don joined the company in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer and rose through the ranks to become President and CEO of Allstate Financial in 2012 and Vice Chair of The Allstate Corporation in 2019. He is also the Chairman of the internationally acclaimed Ravinia® Festival. Terrance Williams will take over as President of Protection Products and Services after Don retires.
