Admiral ranked 4th in 2022 UK's Best Workplaces

Admiral was named the 4th best super large workplace (1,001+ employees) in the UK by the Great Place to Work Institute. This is the 22nd consecutive year Admiral has been recognised for its outstanding workplace cultures. The financial services company employs more than 11,000 colleagues in eight different countries.

Admiral, a financial services company, has been named a Great Place to Work® in the United Kingdom for the 22nd year in a row.

The Great Place to Work ® Institute, the global authority on workplace culture, named Admiral the fourth best super large workplace (1,001+ employees) in the UK.

Admiral's colleague survey results revealed that 87% of colleagues thought the company was a great place to work, 96% thought it was a friendly place to work, and 86% thought the company supported workplace wellbeing.

Admiral employs over 11,000 people in eight countries around the world, including nearly 8,000 in its South Wales offices. Most of the Group's operations around the world compete in the Great Place to Work ® competition in their respective countries, and all have placed in the top ten so far.
