OSB Group has hired two executives to help lead the company's environmental, social, and corporate governance initiatives.

Shana Roberts and Lexi Tsalkitzoglou will "support the delivery of the social element of OSB Group's ESG principles," the company, whose brands include Kent Reliance and Precise Mortgages, said.

Roberts is appointed as the firm's group communities and charitable business partner and is in charge of coordinating the firm's support of charity partners and local good causes through fundraising, fund matching, and volunteering.

Roberts has worked as an events, partnership, and engagement manager for more than ten years for companies like Unity Trust Bank and ReAssure.

As a diversity, equity, and inclusion specialist at OSB, Tsalkitzoglou will work to create a welcoming and diverse culture and environment for coworkers, customers, and suppliers.

She will "spearhead campaigns promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion at OSB Group," according to the organisation.

Tsalkitzoglou was previously the head of the Mitie Foundation, the facilities management company's charitable arm, where she worked for seven and a half years.

OSB Group ESG sustainability director Neil Richardson says: “Shana and Lexi bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to OSB Group and are already making positive impacts in their areas. They are both perfectly positioned to help our ESG commitments grow and flourish.”
