  • The focus is on creating gender equality in workplaces.

  • Kearney met high standards in leadership, employee growth, and equal pay.

Kearney, an American global management consulting firm, has renewed the Employer of Choice for Gender Equality citation, supporting gender equality.

This award recognises companies that promote inclusivity in Australian workplaces.

The company has held the Employer of Choice title since 2021, consistently focusing on gender equality. This recognition also reflects their efforts to create a diverse and fair workplace.

“The renewal of the WGEA citation reflects Kearney’s dedication to fostering a gender-equal workplace. While we have made significant progress, we acknowledge there is more that can be done. As Tom Kearney said more than 80 years ago, ‘The true strength of this firm, as in any organization, lies in the fact that we are all different.’ We believe that diversity of talent, perspective and background leads to better business outcomes,” said Adam Dixon, Managing Partner, ANZ, Kearney.

Companies have to go through a rigorous assessment to be awarded the award. Kearney met leadership, employee growth, pay equity, flexible work and more.

Kearney is one of 115 companies to receive this honour, leading the way in promoting gender equality in Australian workplaces.
