COSIRI, the Consumer Sustainability Readiness Index, is the latest framework introduced by INCIT.

COSIRI, developed in collaboration with McKinsey & Company, is a comprehensive and impartial framework that evaluates the sustainability maturity and ESG transparency of global industry players.

It encompasses all aspects of sustainability and generates recommended next steps to facilitate informed and sustainable transformation decisions. Additionally, COSIRI introduces a sustainability star rating system that reflects the manufacturer's carbon dioxide reduction efforts.

Organisations that want to evaluate their sustainability performance with COSIRI will be assessed on four dimensions: strategic climate risk mitigation, sustainable business processes, clean technology, and implementation of ESG function.

The COSIRI Prioritisation Matrix, based on Greenhouse Gas Protocol standards and the company's unique business objectives, calculates and recommends the next steps for GHG reduction actions and the overall sustainability journey. The assessment process is designed to be fast and convenient, taking only two days, allowing businesses to monitor and track transformation progress and compare sustainability performance against global peers.

Individuals or organisations interested in becoming a Certified COSIRI Assessor (CCA), a COSIRI Certified Training/Examination Centre, or part of the COSIRI network to promote positive and long-lasting change in the global manufacturing industry can visit the COSIRI page for more information.
