Andersen Named Forbes Best Employer for Diversity in 2022 for Second Time

For the second consecutive year, Andersen Corporation, the maker of America's most popular brand of windows and doors, has been recognised as Forbes Best Employer for Diversity 2022. Statista Inc. conducted an independent survey to choose the honorees. Age, gender equality, ethnicity, disability, LGBTQA+, and general diversity concerning their employer.
For the first time last year, Andersen took part in the Corporate Equality Index (CEI) of the 2021 Human Rights Campaign Foundation, which measures corporate policies and practices regarding LGBTQ workplace equality. Andersen received a perfect score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's 2022 Corporate Equality Index 2022. (CEI).
Andersen increased benefits eligibility to same- and different-gender domestic partners and their children in 2021 as part of its inclusive and equitable workplace practices. Additionally, the company revised its parental leave policy to provide employees with more flexibility, allowing them to take paid parental leave in one-week increments rather than having to use it all at once.
