Having been an integral part of CSL since 2019, Jeffrey Ball has contributed significantly to the evolution of the Sustainability Strategy.

This committee, composed of esteemed senior leaders spanning CSL's various functions, holds the mantle for shaping and guiding the Sustainability Strategy while effectively overseeing its day-to-day operations.
In his new capacity as Chief Sustainability Officer, Mr. Ball continues to steer these pivotal responsibilities, simultaneously spearheading the expansion and effective execution of paramount sustainability objectives and initiatives.

Before that, his tenure at Genzyme, Amgen, and Bayer underscored his multifaceted contributions to the chemical, biopharmaceutical, and biotechnology sectors. Notably, he holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University and a master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University. This rich blend of experience, combined with his academic prowess, forms the bedrock of his leadership within CSL's sustainability drive.
