SG Blocks, Inc., a leading developer, designer, and fabricator of modular structures, said that it is in the discovery and research phase with Enriched Data, which is described on its website as "a one-stop solution for all things linked with Big Data in commercial real estate."

SG Blocks is now working with Enriched Data to develop a nationwide ESG Real Estate Scoring Platform, planning to apply the scoring to all of SGB Development Corp.'s properties. SG Blocks intends to assess projects using algorithmic models, which will provide automated and/or validated ESG scores for SG Blocks.

Paul Galvin, Chairman and CEO, said:

"We are currently working on forming a customised partnership with Enriched Data, and we’re very excited to harness the power of SG Blocks’ ethos, which is strongly centred around ESG and sustainable real estate practices.

"We are looking forward to having trained ESG Auditors providing ESG Scores on SG Blocks built and to‐be‐built products. The foundation is there, it’s about evolving our ESG practices and sharing that message in the best way that we can.”

The Company will provide further updates as the two organisations work to finalise plans regarding how the ESG scoring platform will come to fruition.
