According to a Qualtrics survey, more than half of employees (54%) will likely quit their jobs if their values do not align with those of their employers.

Singaporeans want their employers to take a stand on social, environmental, and political concerns.

This is because employees (60%) believe that leaders' voices on social, environmental, and political issues are more significant than ever.

Employees expect their employers to prioritise diversity and inclusion (39%), social responsibility (34%), and environmental sustainability (26%).

Half of those surveyed also wanted their company to take greater action to solve the challenges mentioned above.

Meanwhile, the survey found that when employees believe their values align with those of their employer, they (86%) are more motivated to go above and beyond.
