Nu Skin's 2022 Sustainability & Social Impact Report

Nu Skin, a leading global company in the beauty and wellness industry, has released its 2022 Social Impact and Sustainability Report, which details the progress made on the company's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) priorities, as well as its sustainability commitments and global charitable efforts.
The report's release coincides with Earth Week, a time dedicated to celebrating environmental protection and global betterment.

The Nu Skin Force for Good Foundation is at the core of the company's mission. As a nonprofit foundation, it has been working for 25 years to support children in over 50 countries around the world. The Foundation has been involved in various health and wellness projects that have benefited hundreds of thousands of children as well as contributed to the preservation of over 1.4 million acres of natural habitats for the betterment of the planet's future generations.
Highlights from the 2022 Social Impact and Sustainability Report include:
Continued progress on product-related sustainability commitments, such as the goal of making all product packaging recycled, recyclable, reusable, reduced, or renewable by 2030.
Reduction of over 82 tons of plastic and 23 tons of paper as a result of environmental initiatives.
Publication of the company's first carbon footprint as an appendix to the 2021 Social Impact and Sustainability Report.
Joining the EcoBeautyScore Consortium, which consists of over 60 cosmetics industry leaders and stakeholders, to develop an industry-wide standard for assessing and scoring product environmental impact.
Conducting a pay equity analysis and implementing appropriate adjustments, with a commitment to integrating equity assessment into regular annual pay practices.
Conducting global service projects with the participation of over 2,400 volunteers, benefiting more than 25,000 people.
Donating over $6.7 million globally to various causes, including conservation efforts and support for budding entrepreneurs.
Partnering with employees, brand affiliates, and charity partners in over 40 markets worldwide to implement Force for Good projects on every continent except Antarctica.
Nu Skin's family of brand affiliates, customers, and employees purchasing and donating 43 million meals to children in more than 65 countries, including Malawi, Mainland China, Mexico, and others, through the company's for-profit Nourish the Children initiative. This effort has contributed to the significant milestone of over 800 million meals purchased and donated to children through the initiative since 2002.
Receiving 28 awards for sustainable products, business excellence, social impact, and sustainability efforts.
