Invitation Homes Deepens Commitment to ESG

Invitation Homes Inc. is expanding its environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. The Company has employed professional in-house talent to enhance and deepen its approach to ESG matters as part of its commitments to advance innovation, ensure the sustainability of its products and processes, and provide transparency in its reporting.
Roy Conn has been named vice president of ESG. Mr. Conn formerly worked for Saudi Aramco as a senior sustainability strategist and worked in sustainability with ExxonMobil, Huntsman Corporation, and Continental Airlines. He graduated from New Mexico State University with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and is GRI and IEMA certified in sustainability management and carbon strategy management.
Greg Michaelson has been named Vice President of Energy. Mr. Michaelson formerly oversaw Amazon Inc.'s global on-site renewables programme. Before that, he led Albertsons Companies' energy efficiency plan. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Oregon State University and a master’s certificate in sustainability from the University of Oregon.
Messrs. Conn and Michaelson will work together to develop Invitation Homes' sustainability strategy, activities, and reporting as the company aspires to expand its ESG impact beyond its many achievements to date.
