Jennie is one of the founding forces behind the Institute for Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability, where she serves as chair of the board. She recently held Group Head of ESG at FTSE 100 company BAT, where she was supervising the team and responsible for establishing sustainability agenda and overseeing development and implementation.
She bagged the "Game Change" award from Prince Charles for promoting sustainable business practice.
With the appointment of Jennie, Inflexion commits to sustainability and ESG. The firm has taken several climate-related steps, such as achieving carbon-neutral status in 2021, scaling down flying emissions in the UK by purchasing Neste MY Sustainable Aviation Fuel made from renewable waste and residue raw materials and reducing greenhouse gas by up to 80 per cent.
