Crowe Appoints New Head of Sustainability
Crowe, a company that provides professional services, has added a new member to its risk consulting team. Alex Hindson has been named Head of Sustainability. Based in London, the new Partner brings over three decades of experience to the role.
Crowe has strengthened its risk consulting team with Alex Hindson's appointment as its new Head of Sustainability. The new Partner is based in London and has over three decades of experience.
Head of Risk Consulting Justin Elks said, "I'm looking forward to working with Alex to help and advise our clients as they deal with the practical challenges of climate and ESG considerations. This will help them build sustainable businesses that can adapt to change and uncertainty and even benefit from it."
Crowe has more than 80 partners and 900 professionals working for it in the UK. Together, they bring in more than £100 million in revenue. It is an independent member of Crowe Global, a network of professional services that helps clients worldwide with audit, tax, advisory, and risk services.
Hindson will be based in London and work alongside Crowe's existing risk consulting team to assist clients across all industries with their net-zero transition, sustainability strategy development and implementation, risk and governance enhancement, data and scenario modelling, and reporting and disclosure requirements. He will also spearhead Crowe's own sustainability initiative.

Hindson joins Crowe from Argo Group, where he was Chief Risk and Sustainability Officer and pioneered industry-leading approaches to developing sustainability plans. He has been in the business world for more than 30 years and has worked at AstraZeneca, Aon, and Amlin in risk management, consulting, and governance roles.
