Climate and sustainability training leader AimHi Earth secured £1 million to ramp up its mission: creating a massive force of 100 million "nature-first" employees.

AimHi Earth stands out with its unique approach. Inspired by the Iroquois philosophy, they have incorporated "7th Generation Shares." These shares can only be sold after passing through six inheritances, ensuring investors prioritise long-term sustainability.

Also, they have appointed a board member specifically representing nature's interests, guaranteeing the company stays true to its environmental goals.

Bridging the Knowledge-Action Gap

Many companies aim for net-zero emissions, but achieving that often requires a knowledge and action gap to be closed. AimHi Earth tackles this by rapidly upskilling employees at all levels. They equip sustainability teams with the data needed to keep their workforce engaged in the long run. Their impressive client list includes multinational corporations like PepsiCo, Unilever, and Molson Coors. Notably, they also have the backing of renowned institutions like Cambridge Zero and the UN Environment Programme.

A Win for All: A Sustainable Future

"We all want a future with clean air, healthy soil, stable weather and unpolluted water," says Matthew Shribman, AimHi Earth's co-founder and chief scientist. "This is why we’re all on the same team when it comes to preventing the climate and nature emergency. Everyone wins when we accelerate the evolution of our economy and society to one that’s sustainable and regenerative."

“At AimHi Earth, we know that knowledge is the foundation of progress. That’s why we’re on a mission to train and upskill hundreds of millions of professionals. They will in turn champion and enable circularity, sustainability and operating within planetary boundaries," he said.

AimHi Earth believes knowledge fuels progress. Their mission is to train and empower hundreds of millions of professionals. These individuals will then become champions for a circular economy, sustainability, and operating within the planet's boundaries.

The funding comes from tech and finance entrepreneurs Nicco Perra, Sam Wisnia, and The Climate Planet Foundation. This investment allows AimHi Earth to continue offering crucial training to workers across all industries, helping us combat the climate crisis. The Climate Planet Foundation specifically supports projects that equip people with the tools to make a real difference.
