"Every day, we are pursuing our mission to be the trusted, long-term partner of community-based physicians, enabling them to reimagine the patient experience for older adults and lead the transformation of care delivery in their communities. We are pleased to share our ESG strategy and inaugural report, which articulates our commitment to building a new primary care model with our physician partners sustainably and responsibly.”
