Continuing its exclusive partnership with the National Wildlife Federation to promote biodiversity and preserve natural open spaces across Taylor Morrison communities. These companies have a minimum market capitalisation of $5 billion and adhere to the sustainability guidelines established by the European Union. The rankings are based on factors such as greenhouse gas emissions, water usage, water generation, waste generation, and the disclosure of sustainability data and commitments.
In addition to its recognition in Newsweek's America's Greenest Companies list, Taylor Morrison has garnered numerous other accolades, including being listed on U.S. News & World Report's Best Companies to Work For, Newsweek's America's Most Responsible Companies and holding the highest homebuilder ranking on the Wall Street Journal's 2022 Management Top 250.
