Meanwhile, the sustainability transition needs to be accelerated, and the financial sector is the key player to dictate the speed. Current economic and social crises create an urgency to intensify our efforts towards a sustainable financial system. There is still a long way to go if we want to meet the objectives of the European Green Deal.
