The direct lending segment relates to the interest income and expense relating to activities undertaken by its wholly owned entities Arch Finance and Peer Estate and includes costs directly attributable to Arch Finance and Peer Estate. Its funds include Real Estate Private Credit Funds and Real Estate Private Equity Funds.
