How do you vet your freelancers?
Our freelancers are subject to strict screening. We review all applications before inviting a select group to an online case study where we have a list of 10 criteria to ensure only the best freelancers join our community. Upon joining Dazzle, we ask everyone to complete an in-depth skills inventory to ensure the best matches.Â
What is your business model?
Dazzle takes a small % of the final offer. As we serve both the freelancers and the clients, we charge a minor fee towards both parties.Â
