Neways Opens 1,000 sqm Green-Powered Cleanroom to Expand its Semiconductor Solutions
Technology provider and electrical wiring expert Neways has built a cleanroom for the production of electrical wiring interconnections and other electronics solutions for lithography systems and medical applications.
Technology provider and electrical wiring expert Neways has opened its new large-scale cleanroom in Echt, the Netherlands, to further grow the company's semiconductor solutions business. This marks another milestone in fulfilling customers' needs for advanced cleanroom capabilities.
This facility operates in a fully climate-controlled environment and has a capacity of up to 1,000 sqm. The grade 2 cleanroom produces electrical wiring interconnections and other electronics solutions for lithography systems and medical applications.
The new facility puts Neways in an excellent position to meet further market growth and produce electrical wiring interconnections for ASML's lithography systems to the highest quality standards. In support of the company's continuous efforts to build a more sustainable business, this cleanroom uses only green electricity and no natural gas. All Neways locations in the Netherlands use green electricity only.
