CaixaBank commemorates "World Earth Day" with an innovative activity at its "all-in-one" centres in Ibiza, Burgos, Valencia, Barcelona, and Madrid.

Customers at CaixaBank's 'all-in-one' centres in Ibiza, Burgos, Valencia, Barcelona, and Madrid can participate in a memorable metaverse experience focused on environmental care.

Through virtual reality, the bank aims to raise awareness about creating a cleaner and more sustainable world in a fun and educational way.

The activity involves a virtual tour where participants must complete challenges in natural environments like forests, beaches, and the deep sea to promote environmental awareness.

Customers can register to participate through digital channels or at the 'all-in-one' centres.

As part of the activity, CaixaBank will also host a 'CaixaBank Talks' session titled 'Do you know which small habits you can adopt to slow down climate change?' at 'all-in-one Madrid' on April 27 at 19:00, which will be streamed for all customers and employees.

On April 22, 3D images will be projected on large screens at the 'all-in-one' centres, taking customers on a journey to the deep sea and conveying messages on environmental care and CaixaBank's sustainability commitment.

CaixaBank's Metaverse Innovations

In the past year, CaixaBank Group has been at the forefront of innovation in the metaverse, with projects like BPI's virtual reality bank branch and imaginLAND, a 3D replica of imaginCafé.

CaixaBank has partnered with Microsoft in a strategic joint innovation agreement to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) for new financial solutions and create innovative work environments in the metaverse.
