Turnkey Group Ltd., a global technology company, said that Maven Capital Partners, one of the UK's most active investors in emerging businesses, will give it £2.5 million in funding.

Ragnar Capital helped with the fundraising, which will speed up a five-year growth plan. The first round of funding came in September 2022, and the second round will come out at the beginning of 2023.

Turnkey was started in 2015, and it is a software and analytics platform for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) technology with a mission.

Turnkey's technology platform helps companies with more than just compliance. It gives detailed, real-time information about how companies are doing in terms of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors.

This innovative strategy enables business executives to use ESG data to make a significant difference in the environment and within the organisation.

The company has offices in London and Singapore, and it works with a wide range of financial, investment, and business organisations to aggregate, plan, and report on ESG data.

Turnkey works with businesses to map performance against ESG standards and regulatory requirements using their revolutionary SaaS platform, Sustainion, while emphasising opportunities to manage risk, enhance operational efficiency, and save costs.

Maven's investment is a big milestone for the organisation. The funds will be invested in three critical areas: people, product, and performance, and will allow for future growth plans. Even though most of Turnkey's growth has been in Asia so far, the capital will help the company grow in other places, such as Europe.

Along with adding more employees and locations, the company wants to expand its technology platform to make sure that its solution stays at the cutting edge of innovation in a market that is changing quickly.

Tony Wines, Founder and CEO of Turnkey, said:

"Since our inception, we have had backing from several small-medium sized investors, but this is the largest external investment we have ever had. Fundraising to this scale will have a significant impact on what we do next, enabling us to expand into new territories, support more organisations to make a real difference and invest heavily in our technology platform to ensure we’re always at the forefront of what we do."

Gareth Price, Investment Director, Maven, said:

"We are thrilled to be part of Turnkey’s journey as they look to geographically expand their offer and develop their technology. As a business, we are excited about investing in a forward-thinking, market-leading ESG brand that has ambitious goals for a sustainable future."
