By fiscal 2025, achieve battery and hybrid product sales comprising at least 20% of total adjusted net sales (motorised product sales).
By fiscal 2025, reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by at least 15% compared to fiscal 2019.
By fiscal 2025, increase the representation of women and racial and ethnic minorities in leadership positions by at least 20% compared to fiscal 2021.

Successfully delivered Environmental, Health, and Safety training to over 90% of the global manufacturing and distribution teams.
Formed a new partnership with the Atlanta University Center Consortium's Dual Degree Engineering Programme, expanding opportunities for Black students pursuing careers in engineering.
Received the prestigious 2022 WaterSense® Excellence Award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for the eighth consecutive year in recognition of promoting water efficiency and conservation.
Implemented the Supplier Excellence Programme, which assesses suppliers based on criteria such as cost, quality, delivery, and ESG performance, thereby enhancing the resilience of TTC's supply chain.
