This feat was largely driven by the widespread adoption of renewable electricity in our global operations," Mikkelsen stated. "Additionally, we have made notable headway in closing the gender pay equity gap and have achieved record-breaking safety performance for the third consecutive year."
In the same period, Sims Limited published its inaugural tax transparency report, committed to realising gender-balanced leadership through the 40:40 Vision initiative by 2030, and welcomed 50 cadets/trainees into the circular economy workforce, with 40% of them being women.
