Ricoh announced it achieved the top AAA rating in the MSCI ESG Ratings, a well-known measure for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) investments, in February 2024.

This is Ricoh's first AAA rating, up from its previous AA rating. They earned this high rating for excelling in Human Capital Development and Governance and improving disclosure across all areas.

The MSCI ESG Ratings, conducted by Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI), evaluate how well companies handle ESG risks and rank them on a scale from AAA to CCC.

To help build a better world, Ricoh has pinpointed seven key issues in "Resolving social issues through business" and "Robust management infrastructure." They have set 16 specific goals to tackle these issues and are dedicated to making progress in these areas.
