This comprehensive report spotlights the company's ESG accomplishments throughout the 2022 reporting year and its strides towards achieving sustainability objectives by 2050.

  • 7% decrease in the total number of severe injuries recorded in 2022 compared to 2021.

  • Offering over 300 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) courses in 2022.

  • 52% of North America's early career and intern candidates hailed from ethnically diverse backgrounds.

  • 44% representation of women on the Board of Directors.
