Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management (EdR REIM) has achieved outstanding ratings of four and five stars in the 2023 GRESB assessment, the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark.

These accolades were earned for their European light industrial strategy and Benelux office strategy.

The European light industrial strategy, which encompasses 47 properties across the Netherlands, Germany, and France, secured an impressive score of 87 out of 100 points, positioning it among the top 20% of the most sustainable industrial and logistics strategies in Europe. Meanwhile, EdR REIM's Benelux office strategy achieved a remarkable score of 93 points, classifying it within the top 10% of the most sustainable office strategies in Europe.

These impressive GRESB ratings are the result of rigorous monitoring of energy consumption data, a consistent reduction in building energy consumption (with a decrease of 5 to 6% in the past year), a substantial increase in BREEAM-certified assets, currently constituting 65% of the portfolio, and a strategic focus on ESG investments, including the deployment of solar panels and EV-chargers across their portfolios.

Edmond de Rothschild REIM's fund and asset management teams are fully dedicated to building upon their 2023 GRESB achievements by pushing for even greater advancements in sustainability and enhancing the quality and performance of their managed assets.
