CoStar Group, a prominent supplier of online property marketplaces, data, and analysis, has published its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report for 2023.

The newly released ESG report highlights CoStar Group's dedication to implementing business decisions that prioritise its employees, communities, and shareholders through meaningful ESG practices.

CoStar Group's Founder and CEO, Andy Florance, emphasised the continued importance of ESG to the company. He noted that in 2022, the company calculated its baseline greenhouse gas emissions for the first time and plans to complete the CDP Questionnaire for the first time this summer.

The report also highlights CoStar Group's efforts to diversify its hiring process by ensuring more than 300 organisations targeting underrepresented candidates have access to job openings and requiring external search partners to present a slate of candidates that includes at least 50% from underrepresented groups.

The full report details CoStar Group's values and accomplishments in areas such as sustainability, DEI, community impact and volunteerism, and corporate governance. Together, these represent the company's commitment to achieving greater environmental sustainability, transparency, and fairness in all aspects of its operations.
