The report outlines Boldyn's progress on various ESG targets, including:
Emissions Reduction Strategy: A pilot programme in the UK aims to develop a comprehensive carbon reduction strategy.
Employee Training: Expansion of the Positive Leaders Programme to include psychological safety training for all staff.
Gender Equality: The Bold Women and Allies initiative was launched to achieve gender parity. Boldyn surpassed its 2023 target for female employees (30%) and achieved its 2025 target early.
Connecting Communities: Boldyn is involved in projects like Rome5G (Italy), LinkNYC (US), and building a smart city in Sunderland (UK). They are also working to bridge the digital divide in underserved areas.
Employee Engagement: Boldyn's safety and wellbeing score rose to 91% in 2023, and sustainability/corporate responsibility scored 84%. Employee participation in the internal engagement survey reached 94%, scoring 81% (exceeding the global benchmark).
