Atkore Inc. has published 2023 Sustainability Report, providing insights into the company's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices and performance.

The expanded ESG content on the company's website now allows stakeholders to access basic information on critical ESG topics such as climate, carbon, and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions, health and safety, corporate governance, and product life cycle.

To meet the rising demand for renewable energy, Atkore is investing in expanding its solar products and capabilities. The commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace was acknowledged with the receipt of the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's 'Equality 100 Award: Leaders in LGBTQ+ Inclusion.'

Key Highlights from Atkore’s 2023 Sustainability Report:

  • 2025 Sustainability Targets: Atkore announces the attainment of its Health and Safety goal and Employee Attraction, Development, and Retention goal, achieving these objectives two years ahead of the 2025 target.

  • Low Carbon Economy Transition: Atkore's new innovative facility in Hobart, Indiana, stands as its largest manufacturing location for solar products, facilitating electrification and promoting the use of renewable energy.

  • Employer of Choice: Atkore maintains its recognition as an employer of choice, consistently receiving accolades from reputable organisations such as Great Place to Work® and Top Workplaces. These acknowledgements underscore the strength of Atkore's corporate culture and its commitment to creating a workplace that employees take pride in.
