  • Leadership in innovative products: AAON continues to lead the industry by expanding its range of Zero-Degree Cold Climate Air-Source Heat Pump packaged rooftop units, offering a critical solution to the growing demand for building decarbonisation in cold climates. These units are available in capacities ranging from 2 to 50 tonnes.

  • Environmentally-friendly cleanroom products: AAON's BASX cleanroom products are designed to meet stringent environmental standards while providing precise industry-specific control for critical processes.

  • Increased metal recycling: The company recycled 17% more metals in 2021 and 8% more in 2022, showcasing its commitment to sustainable resource management.

  • Progress towards non-fossil fuel-consuming products: AAON has made strides towards its goal of ensuring that 80% of its products are non-fossil fuel-consuming by 2030. Currently, 63% of units produced and 48% of sales fall into this category.

  • Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction: AAON is actively working towards reducing its GHG emissions by 10% by 2025, contributing to a cleaner environment.

  • Effective paint waste management: The company recycled 54 tonnes of paint byproducts, achieving a remarkable 90% recycling rate for total paint waste.

  • Renewable energy usage: Approximately 36% of AAON's energy comes from renewable sources, demonstrating its commitment to sustainable power generation.

  • Inclusive workforce and diverse governance: AAON's Board of Governance comprises 50% diversity, and the company's total workforce is 68% diverse, reflecting its commitment to fostering inclusivity and diversity.
