Join us for a sustainable dining experience at Restaurant Zinfandel. Our dinner event is designed to be eco-friendly and indulge your taste buds.

At this exclusive dinner, each participant’s contribution is based on their carbon footprint. The idea is simple yet impactful – the more eco-friendly your choices, the less you pay! It’s a wonderful opportunity to reflect on our individual environmental impact while enjoying a delightful meal.

Here’s how it works: the menu will feature a variety of sustainably sourced, local ingredients. Each dish will be assigned a corresponding carbon footprint cost. At the end of the meal, participants will be billed based on the cumulative carbon footprint of their selected dishes.

But that’s not all! The funds collected will be donated to a carefully chosen charity dedicated to environmental conservation. By dining with us, you not only support sustainable practices but also contribute to a cause that’s making a positive impact on our planet.
